Announcing New Partnership with NIKE
Each registered player receives a NIKE reversible game jersey which will be shipped direct to Player.
RISE Flag will be providing the Head Coach a NIKE reversible jersey to match the team they are coaching.
RISE Flag will provide every new player their own custom Poppers Flag Belt. If a returning player, a custom flag belt will be offered upon request.
Additionally, there will be an opportunity to purchase a RISE Flag-branded mouthguard, RISE Flag-branded football, or NIKE-branded gameday wear through registration.
REGISTRATION FEE:
RISE Flag registration fee does not include platform and credit card processing fees which will be applied at checkout. A $20 RISE processing fee and transaction fee (covering transaction processing cost) will be added to your total:
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION: $155 ends on August 3 11:55pm
REGULAR REGISTRATION: $175 ends on September 6 11:55pm
LATE REGISTRATION: $199 ends on September 27 (Second Uniform Order goes out)
PreK - K REGISTRATION: $120 ends on September 27 (Same uniform order dates)
A sibling discount of $20 is available for ALL Siblings. Please note that this discount applies to siblings registered after the initial registered athlete. DISCOUNT WILL BE APPLIED AFTER THE FIRST SIBLING IS REGISTERED.
For athletes who register after the regular registration end date, families should expect that uniforms may arrive for Week 2 or Week 3. Also, additional RISE player apparel and/or RISE mouthguard purchased through the registration process, those items will be delivered to your address. The local league does not handle those orders.

Top 2 Teams in each Division will qualify for the Fall SE Regional Tournament held at our Home Field of Wiregrass Ranch.
Weather Policy - Games cancelled due to rain or lightening will be made up as soon as possible; may be during the week to keep on schedule. Subject to field availability and ability to reschedule
LEAGUE FORMAT
RISE Flag Football is based on the child’s grade level for the current school year. 2026-27 School year.
• Pre-K – K - Instructional with Games 5v5 - Bowl Game / No Playoffs
• 1st - 2nd Grade Division 6v6
• All Girls 1-2 Grade Division 5v5 (if enough registered, otherwise 1-2 will be CoEd as usual)
• 3rd – 4th Grade Division 6v6
• 5th – 6th Grade Division 6v6
• 7th – 8th Grade Division 5v5
• All Girls Grade 3-5 Division 6v6
• All Girls Grade 6-8 Division 6v6
• High School Girls Division (Grade 9-12) 7v7 with full high school rules
• Co-ed, open to grades Pre-K through 8th
• Six to eight-game season, including Playoffs and Bowl games
• 6v6 format on 25 x 50 yd field / PreK is 5v5 format
• 5v5 new Olympic format for 7th – 8th Grade Division only
• 8-10 player rosters
• Practice will be conducted on game day - ** Many Coaches like to hold additional practice day during the week at day/time/location of choice ** Encouraged, but not required **
• No tryouts or drafts! Everyone Plays
• Rosters are formed by friend and/or coach requests, then...
• Free Agent Single players are placed on teams with a common variable to be determined by the League Operator (School, Neighborhood, etc.
COACHES AND VOLUNTEERS
RISE Flag Football does not provide coaches.

Jim Shea started the Land O’Lakes Flag Football league over 13 years ago at the LOL Rec Center. He has been coaching in the Land O’Lakes area for over 20 years, and currently the Assistant Head Football Coach and Athletic Director at Carrollwood Day School .
George Nubel “Coach George” joined the league as a Coach 10 years ago and has been running the league alongside Jim for the past 5+ years. He has been coaching tackle and flag football in Land O’Lakes for the past 10 years.
Building off the Community satisfaction, we have expanded and brought great Leagues to the Wiregrass/Wesley Chapel and Carrollwood areas. Now we are also EXCITED about bringing a new league to the Community in the Westchase & Citrus Park area.
We are entrenched in the Youth Sports Community and love the opportunity to volunteer in youth sports, as well as bring this fun and exciting League to you. RISE UP !!
REFUND POLICY
All refund requests must be submitted to the League Operator in writing, and refunds will be based on the below:
• Full or 100% registration fee refund if requested 4 weeks prior to the first scheduled event day
• Half or 50% registration fee refund if requested prior to the 2nd game of the season
• No refunds will be given after the 2nd game of the season
• If the season is canceled after the 4th game of the season due to an unforeseen event, NO REFUNDS will be processed.
